11 chapters, in the order they shipped.

Curated from the commit history — each chapter is an epoch of the platform, with the milestones that defined it. The version rail tracks the story like a release ledger.

February 2026

GenesisAn umbrella, an identity, a front door.

121 commits

It starts the way every platform does — a single commit. In February the Phoenix umbrella is scaffolded, user profiles and authentication come online, and the public marketing site takes shape in the sovereign aesthetic. Quiet foundations for an ambitious idea.

9 Feb 2026 First commit — Phoenix umbrellaThe umbrella app is scaffolded; content views and layouts separated. Shipped
10 Feb 2026 User profiles, settings & authProfile dropdown, settings and sign-out wired over the default Phoenix auth. Shipped

March 2026

The USN backboneEvery participant gets a network address.

174 commits

March introduces the idea that everything else hangs from: the Unityzm Sovereign Network. Participants are allocated a USN dial-up address, identity becomes a first-class registry, and the services layer begins — the addressing scheme that later lets money and logistics settle end-to-end.

A society comes onlineDirectory, feed, chat, KYC.

233 commits

With identity in place, people can find and talk to each other. A sovereign directory and search arrive, a social feed and chat with groups, and a guided six-step KYC/KYB flow that gates capabilities by verification tier. The platform stops being plumbing and starts being a place.

Money & complianceBankers-grade settlement, fiscalized.

370 commits

May is when value starts to move. A double-entry finance core with sub-second settlement, invoicing wired to ZRA fiscalization, an integration gateway for external providers, ward-level regional geography, and the first in-app AI assistant powered by Claude Code — the same engine that narrates this roadmap.

Governance & portalsA kill-switch, a console, a citizen portal.

220 commits

June opens with control. A platform kill-switch and control center can pause finance or the whole network with a human in the loop; the commerce schemas are reconciled against the real database; and Citizen Portal v2 ships a navigable UserShell — home, wallet, discover — alongside a LiveKit + MinIO media engine.

The logistics engineQuote, dispatch, track, settle.

200 commits

The most ambitious epoch. A full logistics engine grows phase by phase: consignments and carriers, distance pricing and deterministic dispatch, live tracking, and a payout layer that locks real escrow and releases it on delivery with a 15% commission — proven to settle end-to-end over the USN. Then a deterministic agent layer — Convoy, Waypoint, Tally — automates it.

Merchant → StorefrontFrom warehouse to buyer, for real.

90 commits

The newest chapter turns a rich demo into a real, Postgres-backed economy. Merchants get a portal — warehouse, scan, processing, network, finance — built on a per-merchant asset engine. Admins get cross-merchant stock oversight. And the public buyer storefront reserves certified stock end-to-end: a real order, escrow, and a logistics consignment, tracked live.

Jun 2026 Merchant portal & asset scanWarehouse, scan/move, processing, network and finance over a real asset engine. Shipped
10 Jun 2026 Admin stock oversight/admin/stock — cross-merchant aggregates over the real stock domain. Shipped

Solution editionsOne platform, many deployable products.

50 commits

The platform is packaged into deployable solution editions — declarative catalogues that boot only the apps an edition needs — alongside an IP-licensing model and a production deployment path. What was one monolith becomes a family of products.

Rails & the AI economyMoney in, intelligence metered, ads that pay.

60 commits

Platform payment rails — Wire/Showcase feeds, payment onboarding, TOTP and AI-wallets, temporal-participant registration — put real money in motion, while a Postgres AI usage ledger meters every model call, surfaced live in /focus and reconciled in an admin spend dashboard. A Showcase ads engine earns its keep through a billing spine, and a Zedi onboarding flow hands a new citizen a credit wallet from just a phone number and an authenticator.

The multi-tenant operations platformOne cockpit, many tenants, branded per client.

110 commits

The platform learns to carry many operators at once. A generic operations cockpit renders every tenant from a single descriptor — nav, screens and metrics gated by the tenant's operation type — so a new client is a config record and its ingested data, never a code change. Event-sourced traceability tracks lots through their lifecycle with printable QR/barcode labels and an append-only, hash-chained ledger; a /wall control-room pairs a live board with a map. Tenants get their own two-panel branded sign-in, self-registering sub-clients under maker-checker approval, scoped dashboards and their own developer portal — and every settlement now posts to a real double-entry ledger. Descriptor-driven provisioning, a DB descriptor catalogue, a tenant-setup audit trail and CSV operational ingest make onboarding reproducible.

Governance, telemetry & the design programMaker-checker everywhere, and a fleet you can watch.

60 commits

The story's live edge. Sensitive operations move behind hold-then-execute maker-checker gating with an approvals queue, a per-user notifications centre and a separation-of-duties fix so approver and maker are never the same person under a shared token. An audit spine emits signed events for tenant provisioning, RBAC grants, ops-config and kill-switch changes. A 17-feature operations design program — financials, fleet & movement, operations, people and cross-cutting — is designed and approved, each feature feeding the tenant cockpit additively. And fleet telemetry lands: fuel and GPS pings with a simulated-provenance guard so real operator maps exclude simulation by default, a supervised per-trip journey simulator and a demo seed, all gated off production.
